Hello everyone, Good morning.
Kindly read this post ahead.
This is a video for the transform program for deliverables to the upcoming batch that is starting 1st of July.
The more important thing is that, in the comments of this video you will find more than 600 feedbacks & reviews of the transform program given by transform batch students.
I am openly posting this video for you all to see the reviews, feedbacks and then decide for yourself if what we are doing is good or not.
Here you will find 604 positive and 1 negative feedback. As it is posted by the transform students.
🔺Yes we are charging a minimal fees, which i never wanted in the first place because I was confident that i would get in the services. But life happens and unfortunately it is what it is. I couldn't make it into the final list and Thus, I had to take a different route, a different path, but I was, am and will be committed to the aspirant community. Whatever the world says. I will give everything that I have learnt over the years to my fellow aspirants.
P.S. : We will post such videos from time to time for all our programs as a measure of the quality & satisfaction that we are delivering. And I personally will try my best to make sure that this number is as close to 100% as possible.

No results.
No PDFs
Nothing is more important than you and your well being.
Don't ever forget that.
This is an exam that is designed in a way that maximum aspirants will not be able to get through. That's a harsh reality.
Sometimes it's our hardwork and at other times it's our luck that betrays us.
But a fighter, fights.
The world might celebrate results
But deep down you should atleast tell yourself now that you worked hard.
Result jo bhi hoga, jaisa bhi hoga, aapka hardwork aapse koi nahi le sakta h
I have sat across my room and have waited for such PDFs immense number of times. Immense. Today also I'll be doing that for my students and my friends. But the only learning that i have learnt from all of this is that ultimately it's you, your hardwork, your intentions, the kind of person you are, how kind you are, are the things that really matters.
Officers bhi badnaam h ki vo log compassion se treat nahi karte h logo ko.
And normal civilians bhi khush h famous h kyuki vo apna kaam achhe se kar rahe h.
Please make sure n promise it to yourself and to me that you won't doubt yourself if things don't go in your favour and that you won't get in air if things go in your favour.
Take everything with a humble heart and a bowed head.
Take care of yourself, take care of people around you. Don't ask other people for their results. Don't celebrate your results if their are people around you who couldn't make it through.
Be kind. Be a good person.
Also, remember that you are not accountable to anybody else. Just to your own self. Convey things to your family with faith hope and openness. You are not accountable to your relatives or friends or the society. Keep your well being and your kindness at the topmost priority.
Philosophical lagg sakta h
Gyaan lagg sakta h
But ultimately this is the reality.
Aaj all the best nahi bolunga
Aaj bas ye bolunga ki jo bhi ho jaisa bhi ho, ishwar aapko usse ladne ki shakti de, use sehne ki shakti de. ⭐

Such a weird dilemma filled moment to be a teacher.
You want to feel happy for your students who cleared but you are so perpetually deeply sad for 50 times the students of yours who couldn't make it.
My heart goes out to everyone.
Every single one of you
Ek hi baat sau baar dohraunga
Aapki mehnat me Kami nahi thi
Aapme Kami nahi h
Bas waqt, kismat aur maths ki probability aapke sath nahi khade the. Period.
It's tough. Some battles, some phases have to be fought alone.
It's your time to stand for yourself
To back yourself up.
Let me repeat something that I chanted two days back
Dil na ummeeeed nahi
Nakaaam hi to hai
Areey ye lambi hai gum ki shaam
Magar bas shaam hi to hai
Iss shaam, iss raat, iss andhere ki subha hogi.
Koi raat itni kaali itni badi nahi ho sakti ki aapke sooraj ko uggne se rokde.
Be freaking proud of yourself for the hardwork that you have put. Irrespective of this mathematically super skewed result, nobody can take your hardwork away from you.

I know a lot of you must be feeling bad at this point of time,
But just telling you,
We have to look at things coming ahead. There is no other alternative for a serious candidate. Can't just wait n watch. Take a rest of some days and then let's just aspire back for things, coz ultimately that's what an aspirant is meant for.

How are we planning things?
We have tried to cover all our students in our free guidance programs. This is how:
1 - We are coming up with strategy sessions for upcoming exams like uppcs, bpsc, rbi, cat etc for everyone who so ever wants to target these examinations directly from people who have cleared these examinations.
2 - We have started free mentorship for people who want to go through the basics again from the 1st of July to take pre and mains simultaneously.
It consists of :
- daily chapters based on GS subjects ,
- daily MCQ targeting the same chapters,
- daily mains question based on that topic
- Daily current affairs target from monthly magazines
+ Other deliverables on the way
Join @UnderStandUPSC2025
& Start following it.
3. For students who are writing mains this year and need a separate group for guidance, I am putting up a form below. Kindly fill it. (UnderStand upsc certifies that Your data will be deleted in 48 hours and it will only be used for the purpose of verification.). This group will provide you with an

This is a very serious post for all of you. I want every serious aspirant of the upsc cse exam to go through it. It is important so that you don't end up making blunders in the rush of emotions.
See generally after a result that has not gone in our favour, we start second guessing ourselves & the things that we did.
This is because of 2 reasons
1. The things that we did, didn't work for us because we didn't clear.
2. We don't know what worked for those who cleared.
This post will help you bridge both these gaps.
So, right after the results, i started getting messages from my students. Now obviously I couldn't reply to everyone because the number was in thousands.
I sat all night after the live session, replied to as many as i could and the messages can be classified into two parts.
1. Sir I cleared and the things that I did especially MAD/YPLP/mapping/Csat lectures/ HYrise were the most important contributions in me clearing the prelims exam
2. Sir I couldn't clear but things like MAD/YPLP/Hyrise/csat lectures/mapping series were the most important contributions in me increasing my score in the prelims exam.
Obviously I am not in the screenshot business but to get an objective data, I asked the people who cleared prelims this year to tell what all helped them.
I'll give you one example
You'll be amazed to know that more than 76% of the students who cleared this year's prelims said that MAD helped them and that they benefitted from it.
Similarly, such high percentages came for YPLP(where we did multiple rounds of revisions and tests), CSAT lectures (by me, and other csat mentors), mapping series.
The point that you need to take home from here is that
Prelims is a game of 5 things
1. Knowledge (that is y we directed YPLP, mapping, economy series, current affairs series, hyrise all towards knowledge)
2. MCQ solving abilities (for which we had MAD)
3. CSAt (we had lectures on RCs, quant, PYQs)
4. execution
5. luck.
Now, for anyone who worked on the initial three things nicely, it's just a matter of luck and execution.
Jinka clear hua, unke liye ye paancho cheezein kaam kar gayi. Jinka nahi hua, unke liye inn paancho me se koi ek bigad gaya.
That's it.
That's the end of story.
Now you have to put aside your emotions and feelings and rationally think and analyse.
Do you need a sudden immense course correction or do you want to trust yourself and the fact that what you did was right because people who cleared, did the same!
Maine Live me bhi bola tha "You don't make major decisions when you are suffering through a loss."
Isiliye, please, khudko aur khudki cheezon ko doubt karna band kariye, coz the people who have cleared have also done the same thing.
Pick up your weapons and let's begin another round of fighting.
P.S. : Another data from the same form is that nearly 70% of people who cleared prelims have cleared it for the first time ever. 70% people have gotten a chance to write their first mains.
Do u understand what this means?
These 70% people were in the exact same position where you are today.
I will say no more.
& leave the rest up to the wisdom of my dear aspirants.
But if you want to go ahead, let's do it together.
