M happy that even top rankers are speaking of the same things now. I met aniruddh bhai during one of my mock interviews. Gem of a person. Somebody who has cleared upsc thrice. Yet humble and down to earth.

In the Non cooperation movement congress asked the youth to leave schools, colleges and join the protest. To fulfill the aim of Swarajya
But then in an unplanned decision, the non-cooperation movement was withdrawn.
Which led to all those young men n women not knowing what to do with all the hopes and energy that they had. And thus they channelised it into violent measures and small pockets.

It was a major mistake that the Congress did. Asked for non-cooperation but gave no alternative.

Something unexpected has happened. A major institute has outright acknowledged the issue by displaying their own copies and even said that they'll improve upon it.
Kudos to them for acknowledging in the comments that UnderStand UPSC raised the issue and hence the changes. It would have been more ethical if they would have directly mentioned it. But theek h, koi ni!
