Ab jo hua so hua, kindly take care of urself and dont take it too hard on urself.

Things to keep in mind during the break

• Relax — You have given it all whatever you could, you have given your best… now it’s time to get ready for CSAT.

• Hydrate yourself — Water is the most important fuel for body & mind.

• Take 25-30 minutes rest — you have gone through 2 hours intense battle… first all rejuvenate yourself … take nap, lie down on mat, stretch & relax.

• Have something which is healthy —light and easily digestible like fruit, sandwich.

• Go through your CSAT learning sheets, practice few questions of RC, LR, Quant to get into the flow.

• Visualise your strategy and its implementation during those 2 hrs.


🚨 Strictly Avoid

• Discussing paper — It will unnecessarily complicate your mindset, jo hona tha ho chuka hai ab CSAT pe focus kro.

• Eating too much or too heavy or food items like curd as it might make you feel sleepy & lethargic.

• Last minute Entry — Yaad rakhna sabse jyada train uski chhotati hai jiska ghar station k pass hota hai.


🧭 Remember there will always be 35 very easy & doable questions in CSAT, first you have to do them and secure your qualification. After that go to questions which are on tougher side and try to maximise your marks.
