It is so wrathful to see what's happening with students in Bihar.
Utterly shameful of the Bihar Authorities to beat students like criminals.
Students sitting on the street are demanding what? That you conduct the exam fairly. Vo exam jiske liye aapko pay Kiya hai. Jo aapki responsibility h. Constitutional and legal duty hai.
And when you fail to do it
When your authorities fail to conduct even one exam without leaks
And troubles the future of lakhs of students and their families.
What do u end up doing?
U end up beating the same students.
Those students are not being violent.
They are just sitting there demanding basic justice.
And you hit them brutally with sticks.
Male policemen hitting female aspirants.
Shameful and completely inhumane.
Is this democracy or what?

P.S. : Though I am not associated with the bpsc exam, but there are thousands of my aspirants - my students who went to give that exam.
Anyone seeing this message, if I can do anything in my limited capacity to help in this situation, kindly reach out to me.

This is also an appeal to any student of mine who is posted in Bihar at any govt post : Please remember that you too were an aspirant once, not long back. Kindly do your bit to atleast make sure that this inhumane treatment stops!!

As we all know
Tomorrow is the beginning of the Interviews Personality Test
This is just to remind all of you that with personality all of you are already amazing human beings.
I know this because I am meeting a dozen of you daily at your mock interviews.
Now, All that we want from you starting tomorrow is to display those qualities of yours that make you, YOU.
How to do that?
Be remembering that you are not expected to be a genius or an encyclopaedia. You are expected to be an honest person, a person who can respect others, behave well with everyone. All we need is for you to be confident in your abilities. So that at the face of danger tomorrow, or complexities on the field, you stay calm, composed and confident.
Thats all that we are checking.
Remember, they are there to select you. All you need to do is, not give them a reson otherwise.
They see in you, the future of this great nation. They want to pass the baton in the hands of young able women n men. Just remember and believe, that you are one such person.
Also, everytime I walked through those corridors of the UPSC bhavan, i felt pride to walk on the footsteps of giants. Giants who have been the steel frame of this great nation.
Now its your turn to rise up to the occasion and fill their shoes.
Be full of gratitude and confidence.

This is A Belated New Year Wish!

Do we ever really know what life holds for us or throws at us?
No. Never.

When I entered 2024, I had the hope of becoming an IAS officer in my last attempt.
When I am entering 2025, I have a hope of contributing more profoundly to the same journey of thousands and lakhs of my students.

2024 shattered a long preserved dream of mine.
But 2024 also gave me a new hope, a new dream to cling to.
Isn’t that what life is all about?
Finding reasons to Fight.
Finding reasons to Survive.
Finding reasons to Grow.

Some people are spreading wrong information that Prizes medals scholarships sports leadership hobbies interests option will be frozen and that you wont be allowed to change them.
This is utterly wrong. Commission has clearly mentioned in the notification that people who will get interview call will be allowed to change ALL OF THESE.
Please dont panic.
