"Thousands of people took to the streets of Ghana's capital, Accra, on Tuesday calling for the removal of the central bank governor over what they say is mismanagement of the economy during the worst debt crisis in a generation. "
"The crowd marched on the central bank headquarters under the guard of riot police, blaring reggae from loudspeakers and demanding the resignation of bank governor Ernest Addison and his two deputies. Many were dressed in red and black, colors typically worn at funerals.
