A Netherlands district court has ruled that Bill Gates can stand trial in the Netherlands in a case involving seven people injured by the jab. The other defendants in the case are Albert Bourla and the Dutch state

This is a private international law case and last week's interim hearing was regards an argument over jurisdiction. The court ruled they had jurisdiction due to an "anchor defendant" meeting jurisdictional rules and the claim by the plaintiffs that all defendants are linked

A very candid piece from Craig Murray, which shows just how much things have moved on in forty years, or not.

"Thatcher was Prime Minister and she simply was a straightforward supporter of apartheid. This is much denied but I am an eye witness. Geoffrey Howe was Foreign Minister and it was never easy to determine what he thought about anything. Junior ministers running day to day policy were Lynda Chalker and Malcolm Rifkind, who were both viscerally anti-apartheid.

But the line that Mandela was a terrorist and the ANC a terrorist organisation was dictated by Thatcher and absolutely insisted upon.

It is difficult now to explain the intensity of feeling in the UK and the strength of the anti-apartheid campaign. Scores of letters would arrive every day, many from MPs, and – this bit is hard to believe now – in those days every letter would be answered point by point, not with a generic reply."

I have recorded my UK Column event speech into a podcast and it's on my Substack.

I don't like doing podcasts but apparently people enjoy them more than reading. I can't stand the sound of my voice but I'm stuck with it.

I will only be doing one or two podcasts a month though and future ones will be about legal cases relevant to people, or law related stuff that people either need to be aware of, or that is useful.

Earlier this month, Douglas Murray put forward a very compelling case for the entire world to ignore everything he writes, says, draws or mimes.

Landing most heavily in the 'please stop it, Dougie' column are:

"On 7 October last year Israel was surprised by a brigade-sized invasion of terrorists into its territory. These terrorists raped, murdered and burned their way as far inside Israel as they could get. How this intelligence and military failure was possible is something that Israelis still have to work out."

And:

"But there it is. The wisdom of the international community is that ceasefires are always desirable, that negotiated settlements are always to be desired, and that violence is never the answer. As so often, these wise international voices have no idea what they are talking about."

The Rudakubana narrative seems, at best, improbable.

With the Skripal fiasco in mind, how on earth could it take until now to work out what he may have been up to with his castor beans (readily available on Amazon (and elsewhere, of course))?

Presumably, he hadn't managed to actually make any ricin, or everyone would be dead. Wouldn't they?
