Right now, logging in is not working on all mod versions.

This issue affects all AM mod APKs worldwide.

We are not sure yet what caused this.

It could be:
- A new security update from Google, or
- A server-side change from Alight Creative that blocks logins from modded apps (High probability).

At the moment, we are still trying to find a workaround.

For now, please use the mod the old way (like before), by using XML instead of alight links.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix it immediately because this issue also happens on all old versions of AM. This means the problem is coming from the server, not the app itself.

Don’t worry, we are actively working on this and will update you as soon as we find a solution. Thank you for your patience and support. 🙏

We know some of you are still confused, so here is a simple explanation.

In the current update, there are no accounts added because there is a problem with login.

Because of this, we temporarily removed:
- Export project package
- Cloud backup

These features will not work without an account, so we removed them to avoid confusion.

Please log out the UM account. When you open the app again, you will see that there is no account available.

Please wait for more updates. We are working to fix this problem.

In summary, cloud backup, exporting, and importing project package are currently unavailable.

I have some unfortunate news regarding this.

I wasn’t able to find a fix for the crash that occurs when touching the preview area (a common problem on Android 16). This appears to be an official bug originating from the original app itself.

I can still release this update (based on version 5.0.260), but users on Android 16 may not be able to use it properly. For a more stable experience, I strongly recommend using builds based on the latest versions instead.

Please note that this issue specifically affects versions from 5.0.260.1002351 down to 4.0.0. The reason it only goes as far back as 4.0.0 is because that’s when the feature causing the crash—Preview Pan & Zoom—was introduced.

Versions older than 4.0.0 (such as 3.10.2 and earlier, all the way back to 1.0.0) do not include this feature and are fully stable on Android 16. Likewise, versions newer than 5.0.260 (starting from 5.0.269.1002556 and above) are also stable and compatible with Android 16.

The reason I can’t simply stop providing updates for version 5.0.260 is because it’s the only version that is fully compatible with full dark mode.

Out of all the versions I’ve tested, this is the only one where every modification is applied consistently. All UI changes reflect properly, which results in a clean and truly uniform dark mode experience.

In comparison, newer versions (such as 5.0.269 and above) do not behave the same way. Some parts of the app remain in a light theme, and certain changes I make do not properly update or reflect in the interface.

Good news for Huawei and Emulator users!

I’ve dived into the deepest, darkest Dalvik code of AM and managed to accomplish one of the most complex things AM modders have never fully done before:
● Patching the annoying protection that blocks/disables the bottom navigation buttons
● Enabling support for non-Google Play Services devices!
● Most importantly — offline support!

You no longer need to enable Wi-Fi on first launch just to accept the privacy notice — it can now pop up and be accepted completely offline!

This was done on the latest version and is guaranteed to work all the way back to v5.0.249 — the version where this protection was first implemented.

The next update will include all of these changes and should also reduce the chances of the “Underlying task failed” error occurring, so just wait until everything is finalized.

This work took way too long (weeks) and was honestly a bit more complicated than Full Dark Mode. It’s too exhausting 🥵 I need a rest 🫩
