The Oscars interrupted its celebration for a moment of silence to show support for the people of Ukraine 🇺🇦🏆
A tribute started with words from the Ukrainian-born Mila Kunis: “When you witness the strength and dignity of those facing such devastation, it’s impossible to not be moved by their resilience. One cannot help but be in awe of those who find strength to keep fighting through unimaginable darkness.”
One more slide about those who fight on the dark side 🇷🇺 would be nice.

It includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, and prints by Kazimir Malevich, Louise Nevelson, Sonia Delaunay-Terk, Weegee, Janet Sobel, and other artists in the Museum’s collection.
The gallery also includes an excerpt from a poem by Ukraine’s famous novelist and poet @serhiy_zhadan, which appears in English and Ukrainian:
