๐ The big one everyoneโs been asking for: weโve sorted out the Telegram access hiccups and performance issues plaguing UTasks. All fixed โ UTasks is running like a charm again.
๐ฅ Weโve rolled out ruble payments. For accounts with Russian interface, itโs enabled by default. If youโre on English, you can switch from Telegram Stars to rubles straight from your subscription settings.

โก We're launching a brand-new rubric #USERTIPS, packed with real-world tips straight from our users on getting the most out of UTasks in the notorious groups with topics.
It's no secret that full UTasks functionality in topic-based chats is constrained by Telegram API limitations, and we've covered this in detail here and here.
โญ In practice, though, this Telegram shortcoming can be turned into a powerful feature โ and it's precisely this kind of workflow that users consistently share with us, having built a streamlined and well-structured process around it โคต
You can create tasks using short commands in any group topic โ right where they naturally fit into the discussion, while all task notifications are automatically funnelled into a single topic, such as General.

The result: task management takes place in one central location, while the classification by topic remains fully intact.
To add a comment to a task and update its status, simply use the short /comment command in the notifications topic โ all you need on hand is the task number.

We've made a small change โ blindingly obvious and long overdue, but it took us three whole years to find the glasses that were sitting right under our noses.
We renamed both channels and scrapped the (RU) and (ENG) labels, as if you couldn't tell what language you were reading. We're also quietly laying the groundwork for some bigger Telegram changes and building what's shaping up to be a fully-fledged UTasks ecosystem โ where you can catch up on updates, manage tasks, and browse guides all in one place without constantly switching between apps.
Just a reminder: we run two channels โ this one in English and one in Russian.

Telegram just dropped an update โ and we jumped on it immediately. Say hello to the /list command, which shows all project tasks as a table right in the chat.
Format:
where:
filter โ the filter name used to build the list;
date โ a specific date or a date range (you can also use the words today and tomorrow).

Last night we rolled out a new version, the one that made me snatch the mic from our SMM and I want to introduce it to you personally.
A full-fledged AI assistant is now available in the app!
It works both in private messages with the bot and in the general chat. In private messages, just type what you need to do in plain language. In the group chat, you need to start your message with the command /ai
For example:
The model is limited to working within our app. It can help you find and create tasks in projects and provide guidance on documentation, but it wonโt be able to tell you the weather in Paris.
For now, this feature is available on all pricing plans, even the free one, with no restrictions.
Give it a try and let us know what youโd like to see improved or refined!
