ATTACHING FILES TO TASKS
Hey everyone!
We've just rolled out a new app update overnight that introduces a cool new feature β file attachments! Here's the scoop:
Now, with every task you create, you can attach files using two methods:
1β£ Simply click the paperclip icon when setting up a task to attach files. Each file can be up to 20MB, with a total limit of 10 files per task.
2β£ Alternatively, in the bot chat, just hit 'reply' to any task notification and attach files as you normally would in Telegram. No file size restrictions apply here.
Where do we keep your files?
β‘ For personal tasks, your files are securely stored in your personal chat with the bot.
β‘ For team projects, files are stored right within your group chat.
βΉ Unlike other task managers, we don't store your files on our servers. We only keep secure links to them. This ensures your data's privacy and security.
To access attached files, simply click on the file name, and you'll be taken directly to the chat where it's stored. We're also working on a file viewer for the next version to enhance your experience.
βοΈ File attachments are exclusively available in our PRO plan.

We've just rolled out a major update packed with exciting enhancements and one massive game-changer. Let's dive into the details.
βοΈ PAYMENT
Previously, you could pay monthly or annually. Now, we've added options for 3 months and half a year. Here are the current prices:
βΉ Important Detail
You often ask us: Do we charge recurring payments?
Answer: No, we don't.
Recurring payments in stars are technically not possible. If you paid for a month, that's it. After a month, you'll revert to the free plan.
β‘ NOTIFICATIONS
We've revamped notification templates for recurring tasks, added notifications for file deletions, and adjusted the time format in group chat notifications. Time zones are now always indicated.
πΌ FILE VIEWER
We've introduced a viewer for graphic files attached to tasks. Now you can view images with ease: zoom in/out, swipe left/right, download, and discuss them directly in the group chat.
β LINKS IN DESCRIPTIONS
Now, if you attach a link in a task description, it will be displayed as a clickable hyperlink. It may seem simple, but implementing this required time and effort.

On the main screen of our app, you'll find sections like:

Just two weeks have passed, and we've already prepared our latest releaseπ€
The highlight of this update is the new option to buy subscriptions directly for your team or as gifts.
To do this, simply go to the subscription page, select the number of licenses you need, and complete the payment.
Once your payment is processed, the bot will send gift certificates for each purchased license. Each certificate includes a unique activation link. All you need to do is share these certificates with your friends or colleagues so they can activate and start using the app.
You can only buy an annual subscription for a team or as a gift. Discounts are available when purchasing 2 or more licenses at once.
Here's the breakdown of discounts based on the number of licenses:
1 β 750
2-4 β 725
5-8 β 675
9-12 β 615
13-19 β 550
20-30 β 525
31 and more β 500
For example, if you buy 10 licenses, instead of paying 7500 stars, you'll only pay 6150, saving nearly the cost of 2 annual subscriptions.

In our latest update, we've streamlined our initial messages for both direct chats and adding the bot to group chats.
Now, instead of multiple images and lengthy text, it's just one image with a brief message. The left side of the image shows starting a chat with the bot, and the right side shows starting in a group.
To check out the changes, simply type /start in a direct chat with the bot or in any group where it's added.
