Let’s quickly review the settings we have:

COLLABORATIVE

Event Notifications
Set the types of notifications you want to receive in the group chat. All are enabled by default.

🆕 Notifications Time Zone
Select the time zone you want to see for task notifications. The default is Moscow.

🆕 Notification Language
Set the language for notifications in the group chat. The default is English.

PERSONAL

Task Visibility for Admins
Group administrators can enable this setting to view all project tasks.

🆕 Personal Notifications
Customize which types of notifications you want to receive directly from the bot for this project.

To access project settings, click the ⚙ gear icon next to the project name. Give it a try and share your thoughts in the comments!

Announcement: TRANSITION TO SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT VIA TELEGRAM STARS ⭐️

What's Happening?

A couple of weeks ago, all developers of Telegram apps received a notification from the messenger's administration stating that starting June 12th, all payments should be switched to Telegram Stars.

Telegram Stars is Telegram's internal currency, which users can purchase through in-app purchases in the Apple and Google stores or via the PremiumBot.

Why is This Happening?

Telegram's requirement stems from the pressure it's facing from Apple and Google. The messenger is in violation of their rules by allowing its apps to accept payments for digital goods and services directly from customers, bypassing Apple's in-app purchase mechanism.

How Will This Affect Users?

To be honest, when we learned about this a couple of weeks ago, we were a bit panicked. We were concerned: how will the payment process actually work? We prepared in advance, and yesterday, right after Pavel Durov's announcement in the channel, we were among the first in the world to try the update, and we were pleasantly surprised!

Subscription payment is very quick, convenient, and maximally secure!

You can pre-purchase Telegram Stars and then spend them on a subscription in our service, or you can do it all at once, in one action, when purchasing a PRO subscription. Externally, this is no different from a regular purchase in the Apple or Google store.

When Will the Transition to the New Payment Method Take Place?

We are currently in the final testing phase and will be ready to activate it at the beginning of next week!

Preliminarily, on June 10th or 11th, you will be able to pay for your subscription in Telegram Stars😉

Task History and Comments.

Hi everyone!

We've rolled out a highly requested feature that many of you have been asking about. Here are the details.

📄 Task History.
Within the complete task card, you'll now find a new section called "History and Comments." Expand it, and you'll get a comprehensive view of all changes made to the selected task: from its opening to every modification, all documented with timestamps.

💬 Task Comments.
Now, when you respond to any task notification in the chat, your comment will be stored and visible to other participants in the task history.

🚪 For instance:
You might adjust the task completion date, add performers, or set new deadlines. The bot sends a notification to the main chat, and your reply can explain your decision. Similarly, after task completion, adding a brief comment about the outcome is just as simple.

These features make it easier to track task changes and keep everyone informed with participant comments.

ATTACHING FILES TO TASKS

Hey everyone!

We've just rolled out a new app update overnight that introduces a cool new feature – file attachments! Here's the scoop:

Now, with every task you create, you can attach files using two methods:

1⃣ Simply click the paperclip icon when setting up a task to attach files. Each file can be up to 20MB, with a total limit of 10 files per task.

2⃣ Alternatively, in the bot chat, just hit 'reply' to any task notification and attach files as you normally would in Telegram. No file size restrictions apply here.

Where do we keep your files?

➡For personal tasks, your files are securely stored in your personal chat with the bot.

➡For team projects, files are stored right within your group chat.

ℹ Unlike other task managers, we don't store your files on our servers. We only keep secure links to them. This ensures your data's privacy and security.

To access attached files, simply click on the file name, and you'll be taken directly to the chat where it's stored. We're also working on a file viewer for the next version to enhance your experience.

⭐️ File attachments are exclusively available in our PRO plan.

Hello everyone!

We have a couple of good news from Telegram:

1⃣ Telegram has resolved the issue where the app used to display an annoying warning window (see picture) upon launch! Many of you requested this change and it's finally done.

2⃣ Another breakthrough from Telegram — now you can minimize the app and return to it at any time! It's incredibly convenient. Just minimize, send a message, and with one click, you're back.

It's great to see Telegram consistently improving the platform, making it more developer-friendly!

We've just rolled out a major update packed with exciting enhancements and one massive game-changer. Let's dive into the details.

⭐️PAYMENT
Previously, you could pay monthly or annually. Now, we've added options for 3 months and half a year. Here are the current prices:

1 year: 750⭐️ (-38%)
6 months: 450⭐️ (-25%)
3 months: 250⭐️ (-17%)
1 month: 100⭐️

ℹ Important Detail
You often ask us: Do we charge recurring payments?
Answer: No, we don't.

Recurring payments in stars are technically not possible. If you paid for a month, that's it. After a month, you'll revert to the free plan.

➡NOTIFICATIONS
We've revamped notification templates for recurring tasks, added notifications for file deletions, and adjusted the time format in group chat notifications. Time zones are now always indicated.

🖼FILE VIEWER
We've introduced a viewer for graphic files attached to tasks. Now you can view images with ease: zoom in/out, swipe left/right, download, and discuss them directly in the group chat.

⛓LINKS IN DESCRIPTIONS
Now, if you attach a link in a task description, it will be displayed as a clickable hyperlink. It may seem simple, but implementing this required time and effort.

🆕 GAME-CHANGER
Until now, assigning tasks required creating a group or adding the bot to an existing one, which wasn't always convenient. It's good for collaborative projects, but for one-off tasks, meetings, or simple assignments, creating a group is too difficult.

We've solved this problem.

NOW YOU CAN ASSIGN TASKS DIRECTLY TO ANY TELEGRAM USER WITHOUT CREATING A GROUP WITH THEM!

❌ Task Visibility in Projects
Responding to your feedback, we've enhanced settings so now all users automatically have visibility into all tasks within collaborative projects. Previously, only admins had this view, but now it's accessible to every team member. If you prefer not to see all tasks, you can easily disable it in settings.

🖼 Ability to Change Avatar in Personal Projects
A small yet delightful addition. Now you can personalize your own projects through project settings.

➡ Notifications for Inline Tasks
In our last release, we introduced the ability to assign tasks directly to any Telegram user without creating a group. With this update, we've added notifications for these tasks and included standard settings to manage them.

🔄 "Refresh Project Members List" Button
A handy new feature for collaborative projects: if the project members list doesn't update automatically, you can now manually refresh it and add any missing team members.

Simple Tip

Hey, friends!

A few updates back, we added a neat feature but forgot to mention it to you - our bad!🤗

On the main screen of our app, you'll find sections like:
🔘ALL
🔘INBOX
🔘TODAY
🔘TOMORROW
🔘NEXT 7 DAYS
🔘COMPLETED

Now, you can customize which sections appear on your main screen and which ones don't.

Simply go to Settings ➡️ Display Settings ➡️ Display Dynamic Sections. You can disable everything except "Inbox."
