We've made a small change — blindingly obvious and long overdue, but it took us three whole years to find the glasses that were sitting right under our noses.
We renamed both channels and scrapped the (RU) and (ENG) labels, as if you couldn't tell what language you were reading. We're also quietly laying the groundwork for some bigger Telegram changes and building what's shaping up to be a fully-fledged UTasks ecosystem — where you can catch up on updates, manage tasks, and browse guides all in one place without constantly switching between apps.
Just a reminder: we run two channels — this one in English and one in Russian.

Telegram just dropped an update — and we jumped on it immediately. Say hello to the /list command, which shows all project tasks as a table right in the chat.
Format:
where:
filter — the filter name used to build the list;
date — a specific date or a date range (you can also use the words today and tomorrow).
Examples:

Last night we rolled out a new version, the one that made me snatch the mic from our SMM and I want to introduce it to you personally.
A full-fledged AI assistant is now available in the app!
It works both in private messages with the bot and in the general chat. In private messages, just type what you need to do in plain language. In the group chat, you need to start your message with the command /ai
For example:
The model is limited to working within our app. It can help you find and create tasks in projects and provide guidance on documentation, but it won’t be able to tell you the weather in Paris.
For now, this feature is available on all pricing plans, even the free one, with no restrictions.
Give it a try and let us know what you’d like to see improved or refined!

Well, it's happened — our full-fledged AI Assistant is finally here! A couple of weeks ago we rolled out the first version, pretty stripped-down, and we've been polishing it ever since. And today I can finally show you the result.
You can talk to it right in the chat with the bot, and in group chats through the /ai command.
It basically covers almost everything you normally do with tasks: create, edit, find, close, reopen, raise or lower priority, change status, leave a comment, add or remove assignees. And more — the list is long.
But here's the best part: all of it works by voice. And across a whole batch of tasks at once. Dictate it in a single message — create three new tasks and fix five existing ones — and it'll figure it out. No problem.
We've also built a meeting mode — a genuinely handy thing, read more about it here.
In the upcoming posts we'll break everything down in detail and show the typical use cases we tailored the assistant for. But today we just wanted to share the news and kick things off!
