UTasks doesn’t have a classic “trial period”. You can use the FREE-plan for as long as you want, until you hit the plan limits.

The FREE-plan is perfect if you’re mostly a Task Assigne, you can:
🟣Act as a Task Author in up to 2 group projects;
🟣Be an Assigne in an unlimited number of group projects;
🟣Create and manage up to 3 personal projects.

FREE is a great way to get started. But if you want to fully test UTasks in real work scenarios, we recommend activating a monthly PRO-plan.

Hey everyone, Denis here!
I promised to share our plans — so let's get into it.

🆕 Big news 🆕
We're launching UTasks in MAX and will be running both apps side by side.

The platforms share a very similar foundation, which means one team can deliver two products within the same timeframe.
The Telegram version is heading to the global market, while MAX will be dedicated exclusively to Russia.

MAX currently falls slightly short of Telegram in terms of features, so an exact match won't be possible — but everything that matters will be available on both platforms.

🛠 Right now, all our efforts are focused on rolling out the current version in MAX: we're deep in testing, and an official announcement is just around the corner.

Once that's done, we'll move straight into building the full-screen version — a redesign that will make the interface far easier to read and navigate, while laying solid groundwork for upcoming features.

♾ There's plenty more on the roadmap, but I don't want to get ahead of myself — I'll share updates as each milestone comes together.
Big changes are on the way, and I'm genuinely glad you're along for the ride.

👉 The big one everyone’s been asking for: we’ve sorted out the Telegram access hiccups and performance issues plaguing UTasks. All fixed — UTasks is running like a charm again.

💥 We’ve rolled out ruble payments. For accounts with Russian interface, it’s enabled by default. If you’re on English, you can switch from Telegram Stars to rubles straight from your subscription settings.

➡ We're launching a brand-new rubric #USERTIPS, packed with real-world tips straight from our users on getting the most out of UTasks in the notorious groups with topics.

It's no secret that full UTasks functionality in topic-based chats is constrained by Telegram API limitations, and we've covered this in detail here and here.

⭐ In practice, though, this Telegram shortcoming can be turned into a powerful feature — and it's precisely this kind of workflow that users consistently share with us, having built a streamlined and well-structured process around it ⤵

You can create tasks using short commands in any group topic — right where they naturally fit into the discussion, while all task notifications are automatically funnelled into a single topic, such as General.

✅The result: task management takes place in one central location, while the classification by topic remains fully intact.

To add a comment to a task and update its status, simply use the short /comment command in the notifications topic — all you need on hand is the task number.
