Court documents from the New York trial of Patrick Ho continue to shed light on who Hunter Biden was dealing with when he entered into business with CEFC, a Chinese energy conglomerate founded by Ye Jianming and would give millions to Hunter Biden and the Biden family.
Transcripts from Ho’s trial show that Zang Jianjun, the person Ho described as the number two executive at CEFC China Energy was present when the company offered bribes to African officials in pursuit of special oil privileges. Ho was sentenced to three years in federal prison after his conviction, yet, Zang was not charged in the case brought against Ho in the United States.

Alina Habba:
"Lawfare is a real thing, we are seeing it. They can't stop him with the votes so they are trying to find other ways. They use the justice system to do so. The facts are on our side. We have corruption permeating our judicial system.
We have to fight. You can't just expect things to go away. Don't despair. If anything, we gotta get charged up. November is around the corner. I'm looking forward to seeing President Trump win.
They can't beat him. They have to lie, cheat and steal. Part of that is tying him up in court. So they he can't be out campaigning. Whether they win or lose, they don't care. They've already, in their minds, done what they've wanted. I think they would go so far as to try and put him in jail.
Don't let it waver your faith. He is tremendous. He will get back in and clean it all up."
When you really think about it, if our elections are completely rigged, why are they going to such lengths to stop Trump from campaigning. My guess is that they know Trump is astronomically ahead and they know they can't cheat enough to ensure a victory. They simply wouldn't be going to such great lengths if the outcome is already in the books. Let's go into 24 with some optimism frens.

Attorneys for Donald Trump have appealed a decision by Maine's secretary of state after disqualifying him from the primary ballot, citing the 14th Amendment's ban on anyone who engaged in insurrection from holding office.
The appeal was made to the Kennebec Superior Court following the decision by Maine's secretary of state, Shenna Bellows, just five days ago.
State law requires the Superior Court to decide the issue by Jan. 17, according to Bellows. From there, the case could go to Maine’s top court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Biden administration has once again renewed taxpayer-funded protection for former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and one of his top aides, who have been the target of persistent threats from Iran.
The State Department notified Congress late last month that the threats against Pompeo and Trump administration Iran envoy Brian Hook remain “serious and credible” and continue to warrant government-provided security details.
The notifications are dated Dec. 19 but were not transmitted to Congress until Dec. 22. They were obtained by The Associated Press on Wednesday.

A left-wing “watchdog” group behind the Colorado Supreme Court’s unprecedented move to kick former President Donald Trump off the state’s 2024 primary election ballot has long pocketed wads of dark money despite assailing secretive donations in the political system, documents show.
Trump on Wednesday appealed the court’s 4-3 December ruling, which disqualified him from Colorado’s ballot for allegedly inciting the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, though the decision was already paused due to the Centennial State’s Republican Party appealing it last week. That ruling was the product of a September lawsuit filed by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a Washington, D.C.-based charity purportedly “compelling the government to be more open and transparent, and driving secret money and influence into the light,” all while receiving checks over the years from influential dark money hubs linked to George Soros and other Democratic megadonors, according to financial disclosures.

President Trump marked the third anniversary of the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol by demanding the release of all his supporters who have been convicted or detained for crimes relating to the incident.

"They've suffered enough," Trump told the Iowa crowd. "I call them hostages. Some people call them prisoners."

You probably didn't know that the day after Trump's inauguration, Obama flew to Richard Branson's Epstein Island adjacent vacation home, Necker Island where they discussed eliminating the death penalty. WTF?
Branson, who had ties to Hollywood's NVXIM cult, said that he and Obama have "similar beliefs." I'm sure they do.
Why did Obama flee to a this island after Trump's inauguration and then specifically discuss eliminating the death penalty from America going forward?
Epstein allegedly had blackmail tapes of Richard Branson in compromising positions with women according to recent depositions.
You are the company you keep, so why did Obama flee to Necker Island right after Clinton's humiliating loss?

Jeffrey Epstein’s brother lists the evidence he claims feds are covering up about pedophile’s death
The financier, awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking underage girls, was found in his cell just after 6:30 a.m. having apparently used a length of orange bed sheet tied to the cell’s bunk bed to hang himself.
Throughout the previous night, cameras in the Secure Housing Unit where Epstein was being held weren’t recording, prison guards slept and Epstein was left without a cellmate despite prison psychologists’ direct orders.
Then-Attorney General Bill Barr would later call the situation a “perfect storm of screw-ups”.
