Good News! Judge Blocks California Law That Bans Carrying Guns in Public Places

On Wednesday, Judge Cormac J. Carney reversed the gun ban along with a scathing statement:

"SB2's [California gun ban's] coverage is sweeping, repugnant to the Second Amendment, and openly defiant of the Supreme Court."

President Trump: "Illegal immigration is poisoning the blood of our nation. They're coming from prisons from mental institutions from all over the world. Without Borders and Fair Elections...You don't have a country, make America great again. We must win in 2024 or we will not have a nation. Thank you"

The Supreme Court has unanimously rejected Deranged Jack Smith's "SUPER SPEEDY" lawsuit against me.

This sick puppies team of Lowlifes and Radical Left Thugs could have brought this "case" 3 years ago, and it would be long over by now. No, they waited until right in the middle of my very successful campaign for President. If I were polling poorly, like everyone else against me is (including Crooked Joe Biden!), or, for some reason, I decided not to run, they never would have even brought this ridiculous and disgraceful lawsuit. It is Election Interference like never before seen in our Country.

In a certain way, it is real "insurrection," especially when adding the millions of people, from places unknown, that the worst President in the history of the United States is allowing to pour into our Country, totally unchecked and unvetted. This insane Open Border's decision will prove to be a mistake for the ages, but I will fix it. MAGA!!!

Tucker Carlson says Mike Pompeo wanted to assassinate Julian Assange:

"Pompeo discussed how the CIA might kidnap him. Keep in mind, Assange hadn't been charged with any crime in the US. Pompeo considered it a death penalty to embarrass the CIA."

Trump asks federal appeals court to toss indictment accusing him of plotting to overturn the 2020 election in late-night filing claiming he was protected under presidential immunity

Donald Trump has petitioned an appeals court in Washington to dismiss a federal indictment accusing him of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election, in his latest attempt to avoid prosecution.

The former president's lawyers made a late-night court filing on Saturday to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, claiming that he is immune to charges because they stem from actions he took while serving in the White House.

A Jan. 6 rioter who admitted assaulting officers with chemical spray and using a bullhorn to urge the pro-Trump mob to steal law enforcement’s guns received a reduced sentence after β€œfulsome” cooperation with the government, according to court records unsealed Wednesday.

That rioter, Samuel Lazar, has assisted prosecutors with cases against other Capitol rioters as well as a fellow federal criminal defendant charged in a murder case, the court records show.

Donald Trump is back on the presidential ballot in Colorado after an appeal put a stay on the ruling that removed him under an 'insurrection' clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The Colorado Republican Party filed on Wednesday asking the U.S. Supreme Court to look at the lower court's ruling that disqualified Trump from running on the presidential ballot in the state due to his role in the January 6 Capitol riot.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswol announced that Trump will for the time being remain on the ballot, which goes to print on January 5 – unless the Supreme Court affirms the lower court's ruling or otherwise declines to take on the appeal.

Intelligence officials have revealed a Chinese spy balloon that flew across the US for a week in February used an American internet service provider to communicate.

The balloon had drifted east and entered US airspace over Alaska on 28 January and was tracked as it flew over Malmstrom Air Force base in Montana, where nuclear assets are stored.

It was noted in a new report that the balloon was connected to a US-based company and communicating with China about its navigation.

It further stated that the connection 'allowed the balloon to send burst transmissions or high-bandwidth collections of data over short periods of time' to its home base in China.

Alina Habba:
"Lawfare is a real thing, we are seeing it. They can't stop him with the votes so they are trying to find other ways. They use the justice system to do so. The facts are on our side. We have corruption permeating our judicial system.
We have to fight. You can't just expect things to go away. Don't despair. If anything, we gotta get charged up. November is around the corner. I'm looking forward to seeing President Trump win.
They can't beat him. They have to lie, cheat and steal. Part of that is tying him up in court. So they he can't be out campaigning. Whether they win or lose, they don't care. They've already, in their minds, done what they've wanted. I think they would go so far as to try and put him in jail.
Don't let it waver your faith. He is tremendous. He will get back in and clean it all up."
When you really think about it, if our elections are completely rigged, why are they going to such lengths to stop Trump from campaigning. My guess is that they know Trump is astronomically ahead and they know they can't cheat enough to ensure a victory. They simply wouldn't be going to such great lengths if the outcome is already in the books. Let's go into 24 with some optimism frens.

Attorneys for Donald Trump have appealed a decision by Maine's secretary of state after disqualifying him from the primary ballot, citing the 14th Amendment's ban on anyone who engaged in insurrection from holding office.

The appeal was made to the Kennebec Superior Court following the decision by Maine's secretary of state, Shenna Bellows, just five days ago.

State law requires the Superior Court to decide the issue by Jan. 17, according to Bellows. From there, the case could go to Maine’s top court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
