ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL PROSPECTIVE GRADUANDS USIM 21st CONVOCATION CEREMONY Her Royal Highness the Queen Consort of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Aishah Rohani Binti Almarhum Tengku Besar Mahmud, the Chancellor of USIM, has approved the date for the 21st USIM Convocation Ceremony to be held on 12-15 December 2023 at the USIM Chancellor Hall.
Prospective graduands are required to browse the USIM 21st Convocation Ceremony website at konvo.usim.edu.my for further information regarding USIM 21st Convocation Ceremony starting from 20th September 2023.
All prospective graduands are also requested to refer to the sessions detailed in Appendix A and to ensure that the confirmation of graduands' attendance is made through the Istudent portal at the graduation attendance confirmation menu. Confirmation of attendance is compulsory for all prospective graduands. For prospective graduands who have confirmed their attendance as Present, they are required to print out the Graduand Invitation Letter to USIM 21st Convocation Ceremony as proof of attendance during the convocation day. The Graduand Attendance Verification System will open from 9th October 2023 to 15th December 2023.
All prospective graduands also need to settle all outstanding payments (tuition fees and fines) before the Academic Attire Borrowing Day from 25th November 2023 until 27th November 2023. Prospective graduands must complete the Debt Clearance Confirmation Form which can be accessed from USIM 21st Convocation Ceremony website for the purpose of debt clearance.
