Announcement: Opening of USIM ID Technical Support Counter

The USIM ID Technical Support Counter will be opened physically with the following details:

Date: 19 & 20 January 2026 (Monday & Tuesday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (closed during break time)
Location: SDEC Building Lobby

Please be informed that this counter will be open physically for two (2) days only.
After these dates, any complaints or issues related to USIM ID must be submitted through the ICT Complaint System (myARIFS).

Please be informed that the MyPayment method using e-wallet and debit/credit cards is currently experiencing issues from the merchant’s side. Therefore, students are advised to use the FPX payment option (online banking within Malaysia only).
