REGISTRATION OF SEMESTER I, ACADEMIC SESSION 2025/2026 (A251)

Dear All Returning Students,

You are required to register (semester & course) for Semester I, Academic Session 2025/2026 (A251) starting from September 29, 2025 until October 26, 2025 (4 weeks).

To register, you need to pay the tuition fees and the outstanding balance in your ledger. The status will be changed to ‘Registered’ after payment is updated in the student portal. This process may take from 1 to 5 working days depending on your payment method.

Please ignore the registration notice if your status is Eligible to Graduate / Deferred in the A251 Semester.

To check your fee amount / outstanding balance, you may refer to your ledger in your iStudent Portal starting from September 29, 2025. Any inquiries related to the fee matters; you can email to ahmadasyraf@usim.edu.my.

Please e-mail your proof of fee payment to dgm@usim.edu.my for verification and to update your registration status for the current semester.

Graduands should print and produce the Graduate Tracer Study Confirmation Notification during University Academic Attire Borrowing Day. The system can be accessed by USIM graduates starting 9th October 2025.
