📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR USIM STUDENTS! (UNDERGRADUATE & POSTGRADUATE)

SDEC is implementing the Identity Management System (IDMS) through a centralized identification system known as USIM ID.

🔐 USIM ID = One account for all USIM ICT systems!
Supports Single Sign-On (SSO) – log in once for access to your official email and various university systems.

📌 Immediate action required!

All Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students are required to:
🔴 Update your personal email (Gmail/YahooMail/etc.) if missing or incorrect.
🔴 Make sure your personal email is not a USIM Raudah email.

Please complete the verification process by 31 July 2025
(via the link sent to your Raudah email).

🔺🔺Failure to verify your personal email will result in the inability to log in to the iStudent system to view exam results and register for the semester.

Let’s make sure your account is ready for this new system!

The Student Experience Survey in Institutions (SPPdI) is currently being conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education for all final semester students in Malaysian public universities for the year 2025. This survey aims to gather valuable insights into students' experiences throughout their time on campus.

We kindly request YBrs. Prof./Dr. to disseminate this information to all final semester students (undergraduate and postgraduate) in your respective Faculties and encourage them to participate in the survey.

Please be informed that the Final Examination and Online Progress Report (OPR) results for Semester II, Academic Session 2024/2025 (A242) are available through the iStudent portal (https://istudent2.usim.edu.my), starting 6.00 p.m., September 24th, 2025.

REGISTRATION OF SEMESTER I, ACADEMIC SESSION 2025/2026 (A251)

Dear All Returning Students,

You are required to register (semester & course) for Semester I, Academic Session 2025/2026 (A251) starting from September 29, 2025 until October 26, 2025 (4 weeks).

To register, you need to pay the tuition fees and the outstanding balance in your ledger. The status will be changed to ‘Registered’ after payment is updated in the student portal. This process may take from 1 to 5 working days depending on your payment method.

Please ignore the registration notice if your status is Eligible to Graduate / Deferred in the A251 Semester.

To check your fee amount / outstanding balance, you may refer to your ledger in your iStudent Portal starting from September 29, 2025. Any inquiries related to the fee matters; you can email to ahmadasyraf@usim.edu.my.

Please e-mail your proof of fee payment to dgm@usim.edu.my for verification and to update your registration status for the current semester.
