NOTICE OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PPA COUNTER OPERATIONS

Please be informed that all counter operations at the Centre for Academic Management (PPA) will be temporarily suspended as per the following details:

Date: 29 April 2025 (Tuesday)
Suspension Time: 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Location: Centre for Academic Management, Dataran Selera Building, USIM

The suspension is in conjunction with the Post-Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration at the Centre for Academic Management, USIM.
Counter operations will resume as usual starting from 2.00 p.m.

During this period, any inquiries can be made via WhatsApp through the following divisions:

Please be informed that effective 3rd June 2025, all applications for admission into USIM’s postgraduate programmes must be submitted through our new application portal:

For current applications still in progress under the iCGS portal (https://icgs.usim.edu.my), please ensure they are completed and submitted by 12:30 PM on 19th May 2025.

Only completed and submitted applications will be processed. Any applications not submitted by the deadline must be reapplied through the new portal.

Please be informed that while the system is being updated, requests for confirmation letters will be accepted via email.

Students who wish to apply may send their request to:
