✔️IOD is the difference between the temperature of eastern (Bay of Bengal) and the western Indian Ocean (Arabian Sea)
✔️Indian monsoon depends upon not only El Nino La Nina but also IOD
✔️IOD has three phases such as Neutral, Positive and Negative IOD
