BREAKING: Brgy. Batong Malake officials, University Police Force (UPF) bar delegates of Southern Tagalog Pride from conducting their program, inside and outside the campus.

A vehicle of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Los Baños is on standby in front of Carabao Park, with the police asking the delegates for "certification." This is despite the implementation of the UP-DILG accord.

Organizers are waiting for the UPLB admin's response to hold the program on campus.

More details to follow.

BREAKING: WITHOUT PRIOR STUDENT CONSULTATION, IHNF ADDS 1 SEM FOR BS NUTRI '19

College of Human Ecology Student Council (CHESC) chairperson Chelsea Sison says that the Institute of Nutrition and Food (IHNF) extended the curriculum for Batch 2019 Nutrition students by another semester. IHNF did not consult with the students beforehand.

While there will be no major changes to the overall curriculum, former CHESC councilor Flores said that the extension will be problematic for students who cannot afford to stay any longer on the campus. She also explained that irregular students will only be delayed further due to complications with higher, seasonal subjects.

The Perspective is currently reaching out to IHNF for their side on the matter. More details to follow.

PANANAW XIV IS OUT NOW!

"At the core of Pananaw is the intrinsic duty and desire to share, especially now more than ever. It is not only important that we are able to process our human experience through art and literature, but that we are also able to show people what we can do when we do things together." - Jed Palo, Pananaw XIV Editor-in-Chief

For Pananaw's 14th issue, we pondered upon the question: "How do we perform intimacy in resistance?" The current health and political crises have already heightened our distance enough, forcing us to rethink everything we think we already know as we all try to navigate moving forward together.

Featuring works from different writers and artists, Pananaw XIV reminds us that at the very core of our human experience is the desire for us to belong, to connect, and to relate. As long as we let intimacy in, we shall always find a way.
