The actions and words of those in politics and policing since 7 October 2023 have fallen well short of what we should expect from those who are paid by the purse of the public they serve.

I had the chance to talk to Jeremy Nell on TNT radio yesterday, during his excellent Jerm Warfare show. We spoke about the extraordinary and immoral contradiction that is the Church of England's 'Ethical Investment Policy'.

I had written an article about this for UK Column some months ago and it describes the way in which the Church may invest in pornography, the manufacture of lethal weapons and the cloning of human embryos. This is not hypothetical; 6 of the top 20 equity holdings relate directly to genomics.
