The HLWS Executive Committee has formally sought an appointment with the Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Haryana to discuss matters concerning the amendment of the College Librarian Recruitment Rules.
Our team remains committed to pursuing this issue through constructive dialogue and continuous representation. We will make every sincere effort to facilitate the early implementation of the rule amendment in accordance with UGC norms.
Following a positive outcome, we will also strongly advocate for the timely advertisement of approximately 200 College Librarian posts under the revised UGC-compliant recruitment rules, creating better opportunities for deserving Library & Information Science aspirants.
This is not just a campaign—it is our commitment to the future of the Library profession in Haryana.
