Но эта ошибка породила папоцезаризм - когда папа был выше императора. А это невозможно, потому что в истиной империи есть симфония властей церкви и императора. Папы отдали наследие Римской Империи Карлу Великому - лже императору, а уже потомки Карла великого создали Священную римскую Империю - подделку на империю, потому что империя это Константинополь. И вот СРИ - существовал на территории германских феодалов, из-за которых имперские идеии вошли в Габсубргускую, Гогенцолергскую среду. Так Габсбурги попытались объявить себя родственниками Цезаря, чтобы получить право стать империей.
