The academic year has begun in Ukraine. Many educational institutions, however, have been damaged due to hostilities, or are still under occupation.

2,328 educational institutions were damaged in Ukraine due to the russian bombing and shelling. Of them, 289 were completely destroyed.

School №25 in Zhytomyr, for example, had over 100 years of history, was one of Ukraine’s top 100 schools, was an associated member of UNESCO, and had a series of professional achievements. It’s been turned into ruins as a result of a russian missile strike.

In the spring, teachers, pupils and their parents organized a symbolic “last bell”.

В Україні розпочався навчальний рік. Проте бомбардуваннями та обстрілами росія пошкодила 2328 українських закладів освіти. З них 289 зруйнувала повністю.

Наприклад, ліцей № 25 у Житомирі, який має понад сторічну історію, входить до 100 найкращих шкіл України, є асоційованим членом шкіл ЮНЕСКО. Внаслідок ракетного удару він перетворився на руїни.

Навесні вчителі, учні та їхні батьки влаштували у зруйнованому ліцеї символічний останній дзвоник.

2588 donations were made by our donors as part of the raffle for 10 speakers from the Bang & Olufsen limited collection.

Thanks to this, we managed to collect over 2,300,000 UAH.

З-поміж десятьох переможців троє пожертвували 1000 євро, що збільшило їхні шанси на виграш у 100 разів, четверо 100 євро, а ще троє – 10 євро.
Троє переможців зробили пожертву в перший день проєкту, а один — в останній, 31 серпня, всього за годину до завершення.

Кошти від проєкту будуть направлені на медичні потреби.

Who is Patron?

It’s difficult to list the outstanding qualities of Patron, the young (less than 3 years old), and yet, experienced (been in the service since he was six months old), floppy-eared detection dog. After the first months of the war, he became the most charismatic pup in Ukraine, and worldwide (sorry, Fellas). There's no harm in trying, though. So, Patron is:

The Patron-themed stamp is the first Ukrainian stamp issued with a charity purpose.

Oleksandr Nikityuk has illustrated the entire stamp sheet. Besides Patron, the main hero, they also depict his workplaces: a field, residential area, and playground.
