It is as if looking at the alternative fate of the 12 Hong Kong Youths. The once peaceful and inclusive #HongKong, the destination for many fleeing tyrannies, found the table turned. 四川省司法廳今日發出處罰決定書，指盧思位多次在網上發表不當言論，時間跨度長，發文數量多，主觀惡意深，違反《中華人民共和國律師法》，認為情節嚴重，稱案件「事實清楚，證據確實充分，程序合法」，決定吊銷其律師執業證書。
內地人權律師盧思位，去年8月31日受喬映瑜家屬所託，代表12港人之一的喬映瑜。他本月4日收到四川省司法廳通知，指他多次在網上發表不當言論，嚴重損害律師行業形象，造成惡劣社會影響，擬吊銷其律師執業證明。在盧思位要求下，四川省司法廳周三舉行聽證會。
司法廳在會上出示的證據，主要是一個名為@lulawyer1的Twitter帳戶所轉發的內容，調查人員認為有關言論危害國家安全，詆毀司法制度。盧思位與其代理人反駁，指現有證據無法證明該帳戶由盧實際控制及使用，而且屬言論自由範疇，不可能危害國家安全、不具現實危險。但司法廳發出的處罰決定書並未有回應盧提出的反駁。
國際律師協會今日發聲明，譴責港府早前以《國安法》拘捕逾50名民主派人士，聲明亦關注12港人家屬委託律師盧思位及任全牛，被內地當局擬吊銷執照。協會行政總裁Mark Ellis指，盧任二人被拒與其客戶見面，違反《聯合國關於律師角色的基本原則》．．．
