周梓樂父親在庭外向傳媒表示：「好多謝你哋，唔係淨係我哋兩個父母的事囉，你哋全部都有份架」，他自己可以跟兒子說的就是：「我已經盡哂我能力」，說罷停頓了一下，掩面並眼泛淚光，哽咽道：「真相仲爭少少囉，好似法官咁講。」他亦感謝陪審團認真裁決，「希望之後有機會個真相再浮多啲」。「我地盡哂力，都係做到呢一步，希望佢（梓樂）知道囉」。

周梓樂父母得悉結果後表現平靜，並雙手合十感謝律師。死因裁判官高偉雄指，「我哋已經差唔多接近真相」，但又指若鏡頭角度高5度、慢幾秒，真相便可能呈現。高官寄語梓樂父母，「傷痛會持續有一段時間，希望慢慢治癒傷痛，有咩唔開心悲傷向對方講，唔好收埋自己」。
