研訊第二十三日續由政府高級化驗師鄭郁棋繼續作供，他指閉路電視見有男子在梓樂墮樓一小時後曾誤跨停車場三樓矮牆，當發現中空並沒有行人路時，即沿矮牆爬回行車路，鄭指，「如果佢慢1.2秒，就跌多個落去！」。鄭認為他與梓樂的步速接近，因此有間接證據顯示，梓樂可能誤會矮牆外有行人路。有旁聽市民看畢片段後稱：「佢望到出面啦已經，茄哩啡嚟嘅！阿sir好身手！」。
