Male Officer Forcibly Pins Female Passersby Onto the Ground
Early today at around 4:30pm at Sai Yeung Choi Street South, a police officers suddenly had an outburst and started shouting at the pedestrians.
As seen in the video, a young girl was extremely frightened and tried to flee from the scene, but was later wrangled and pinned to the ground by several male police officers, with her clothes being pulled during the action.
She was sitting behind the cordon line when the incident occured.
