Solon — Afina qonun chiqaruvchisi va donishmandi — bir kuni boy va qudratidan faxrlanadigan Lidiyalik qirol Kroesusga tashrif buyurdi. Kroesus undan o'zini aytishini kutib, dunyodagi eng baxtli odam kimligini so‘radi. Ammo Solon bunday qilmadi. U, buning o‘rniga, sharafli hayot kechirgan va mardona vafot etgan oddiy odamlardan misollar keltirdi. Kroesus bu fikrga qarshi chiqqanida, Solon mashhur ogohlantirishini aytdi:

"Odamning oxiri nima bilan tugashini bilmasdan, uni baxtli deb bo‘lmaydi"
The case against education. B.D. Caplan. Table 2.1

Jadvalda eng foydali bakalavr yo'nalishlar va kasblar keltirilgan.
“Just as clouds cannot affect the presence and power of the sun’s light, but can alter our experience of the intensity of the light, sin can veil our perception of our inner goodness, but it cannot change it.”
“Compete with each other in performing good deeds” (2:148), because “those who believe and do good work, they are the people of Paradise, in it they abide eternally” (2:82).”
A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving.
“Set and enforce an aspirational personal hourly rate. If fixing a problem will save less than your hourly rate, ignore it. If outsourcing a task will cost less than your hourly rate, outsource it.”

Excerpt From
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant
“Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but rather he looks at your hearts and actions.”

“On those who believe and perform righteous deeds the Lord of Mercy will bestow love for them.”
With all the uncertainty in the world, it’s easy to feel hopeless. Don’t waste time wishing things were different. Where you are right now is where the Almighty wants you to be. Do your best. Trust Him. Believe in Him. Whether it’s a blessing or a lesson, thank Him.
Aytganingdek qilaman. Qilmoqchi bo'lgan ishlarimni yozib beraman.

O'zimni kuzatib, kunimni tahlil qilaman.

Bu foydali mashg'ulot.

Bizni yomon odam qiladigan ishlardan biri – orqaga qaramaslik.

Qilmoqchi bo'lgan ishlarimiz haqida o'ylaymiz. (Yetarlicha ko'p bo'lmasa ham)

Qilgan ishlarimiz haqida esa o'ylamaymiz.

Axir, rejalar bo'lib o'tgan ishlarga ham bog'liq!
Bringing yourself to account is called muhasabahin Arabic. And we will all get the hisaab (the account) of all that we did in this life on the Day of Judgement.
Umar ibn al-Khattab radiyallahu ‘anhu said in one of his most powerful statements:
“Bring yourself to account before you are taken to account (on the Day of Judgement),” and, “Weigh your deeds before your deeds are weighed.” (“Hasibu anfusakum qabla antuhasabu, wazinu anfusakum qabla antuzanu.”)
This issue of questioning yourself and bringing yourself to account was practiced by the salaf (predecessors) of our Ummah.  Many of the sahaaba would make up the account for themselves at the end of each day, repenting for the wrong they did and determining to do better the next day.
Son! Offering advice is simple; the problem is its acceptance, for it is bitter in the palates of those who follow their vain desires.

This is so because forbidden acts are captivating to hearts. Accepting advice is particularly difficult on a student going through the motions in his course whilst being lost in vanity and the wonders of the world.

He labors under the impression that the abstract knowledge he possesses will be his redemption and salvation, and that he is not in need of action.

...

This person, trapped in delusion, is unaware that studying knowledge without putting it into action makes the case against him stronger.

...

Son! Do not be bankrupt in deeds and empty of its seeds – spiritual excellences.

Rest assured that abstract knowledge cannot be held with the hand. For example, a man is in the wilderness.

He has ten lethal swords together with other weapons and he is brave and bellicose.

A huge and ferocious lion attacks him. Now what is your opinion? Do you think that his weapons will ward off the danger without him using them and putting them into action?

Of course the weapons cannot ward off the danger without being wielded and put into motion.

Similarly, if a person reads and learns a hundred masaa’il but does not practically apply them the masaa’il will not benefit him. Their benefit is in applying them practically.

If you study for a hundred years and collect a thousand kitaabs, still you will not be qualified for the mercy of Allah unless you
practice.
Don’t be distracted by human knowledge, as AI has been historically.
Instead focus on methods for creating knowledge that scale with computation, like search and learning.
50 million odam saraton bilan kurashmoqda

173000 odam bugun uyg’onmadi

80 million odam yura olmaydi

300 million odam rang ajrata olmaydi

55 million odam xotirasini eslay olmaydi

430 million odam eshita olmaydi

6 milliard inson hali samalyotga minmagan

Sanasak oxiri yoq

Siz uchun oddiy bo’lgan narsa, boshqalar uchun orzu!

Shukr qiling!
Bir narsani topish qancha oson bo'lsa, unga o'rganib qolish ham shuncha oson bo'ladi.
Bolalarni o'zgartirishga harakat qilgandan, muhitini o'zgartirib qo'ygan samaraliroq.
There are fundamentally two huge games in life that people play. One is the money game. Because money is not going to solev all of your problems, but it's going to sovle all of your money problems. People realize that, so they want to make money.

But a t the same time, many of them deep down, belive they can't make money. They don't want any wealth creation to happen. SO, they attack the whole enterprice by saying, Well, making money is evil. You shouldn't do it.

But they're actually playing the other game, which is the status game. THey're trying to be high status in they eyes of other people wathing by saying " WEll , I don't need money. WE don't want money." Status is your ranking in the social hierarchy.
There is one the most important thing to do for younger people starting out

Spend more time making the big decisions. There are basically three really big decisions you make in your early life: where you live, who you're with, wand what you do.

We spend very little time deciding which relationship to get into. We spend so much time in a job, but we spend so little time deciding which job to get into. CHoosing what city to live in can almost completely determine the trajectory of your life, but we spend so little time trying to figure out waht city to live in.

Advice to a young engineer considering moving from his mother country: "Do you want to leave your freinds behind? Or be the one left behind?"

If you're going to live in a city for ten years, if you're going to be in a job for five years, if you're in a relationship for a decade, you should be spending one to two years deciding these things. These are highly dominating decisions. THose three decisions really matter.

You have to say no to everything and free up your time so you can solve the important problems. Those three are probably the three biggest ones.

Dangasalik 1

Xalqimizda bir ibora bor “Bekorchidan Xudo bezor.”

Oxirgi paytlarda ko’p insonlardan eshitayotgan narsam bir xil, o’zining ishidan nolishlari bo’lmoqda

Ularning aytishicha Cristiano kabi boy bo’lib ketib, har kuni damni olsa, hech nima qilmasa.

Oxirgi paytlarda insonlar haftasiga 40 soat emas, 4 soat ishlashni hohlashmoqda. Eng achinarlisi shundaki, qolgan vaqtlarini boshqa mashg’ulot uchun emas, shunchaki hech narsa qilmaslik yoki dam olish (enjoying life) bilan o’tkazishmoqchi.

Hayotdan ma’no topa olmaslik, ya’ni dangasalik, maqsadsizlik, bu o’lim bilan tengdir.

Statistikaga ko’ra dunyodagi eng ko’p umr ko’ruvchi insonlar bular ustozlar ekan

Estonida olib borilgan tadqiqotda aytilishicha universitet professorlari boshqalardan ko’ra 9 yil ko’proq umr ko’radi.

Sababi ularda har doim maqsad bor, ertaga universitetda bolalarga dars o’tish kerak.

Yoshligimizda ko’p eshitganmiz, munkillab yurgan o’qituvchilar degan so’zni

Lekin bu iborani dasturchilar uchun, shifokorlar uchun aytilganini kamdan kam holatda eshitganman.

Michigan State Daily yozishicha, odamlar orasidagi dangasalik COVID paytida ko’paygan

Natijada, o’quvchilar topshiriqlarni kunlik emas, deadline vaqtida topshirishgan, va ana shu vaqt orasida academic achievement eng quyi darajada bo’lgan.

NLM ga ko’ra, COVID davridagi dangasalik, Amerikdagi 42% odamlarning o’rtacha 13 kg vazn olishiga sababchi bo’lgan.

EveryDayHealth nashriga ko’ra 2022-yilda 1.8 milliard, ya’ni dunyoning 31% aholisi jismonan faol bo’lmagan, va bu ko’rsatkichlar 2030-yilgacha 35% bo’lishi mumkinligi ta’kidlangan. Bu davr ham COVID davriga yaqin bo’lgan.

The worst thing that can happen to a man is to become civilized.” - David Goggins

Erkak uchun sodir bo‘lishi mumkin bo‘lgan eng yomon narsa bu haddan tashqari qulaylikka o‘rganib, chiniqishni yo‘qotishidir.

Garry Varnechukning bir postini ko'rib qoldim

Hozir oddiygina dangasa emas, Shunchaki ular hech narsa qilishni hohlamaydi

Chunki dangasa inson eng kamida qisqa yo'lni topishga harakat qiladi. Lekin hozir unday emas.

2025-yil workout ga borishni boshlagan edim. Bir kichik odat, ana o'sha zalga borishimni chekladi.

Bu esa social media while working out. Ijtimoiy tarmoqda cheksiz kontent bor.

Va uning algoritmi sizga yoqqanlarini taqdim qiladi

Va uni ishlatishni to'xtatdim. Natijada hayotim tubdan o'zgardi.

Dr. Dimitri Christakisga ko'ra ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanish aqliy rivojlanishni to'xtatadi hamda attention spanni tushiradi

Bunga qo'shimcha If you’re bored with life — you don’t get up every morning with a burning desire to do things — you don’t have enough goals.” — Lou Holtz

Ko'p insonlarning orzusi boy bo'lib ketish
Qanday boy? Kambag'allarga yordam bera oladigan? Maktablar qura oladigan? Yokida ko'proq xayriya qiladigan?

Yo'q unday emas, ular hayotdan shunchaki zavq olish uchun boy bo'lishni hohlashadi. Qimmatbaho uy, mashina hamda boshqalar.

Va bunday fikrlash ularni oson yo'lni topishga undaydi.
Ya'ni ular oson yechimni topishga intilishadi.

Haqiqiy rich insonlar bir narsaga erishgandan keyin, boshqa maqsadni ham o'z oldiga qo'yadi

Masalan Jeff Bezos. Uning maqsadi dunyodagi eng katta kutubxonani qurish bo'lgan. Lekin Amazon hozirgi kunda dunyodagi eng katta har narsa bor bo'lgan do'kon.

Demak hech narsaga dangasalik orqalik erishib bo’lmaydi. No pain, no gain!
