When you see graffiti on the walls in city, the artists don't graffiti the floors, they use ropes and extreme measures to graffiti the top of builds or bridges so everyone can see their art work.
The other angle they thrive off is when people say "how the fuck did they even get up there to graffiti?"
Spammers have many other ways to create images for much cheaper on other shitcoin protocols.
The reason they choose Bitcoin is its the only one that can survive while the remaining altcoins...
