If I want to send a Bitcoin transaction and the current low priority rate is 5 SATS/vb.
There is only 10kB of space left in the next block.
If I choose 5 SATS/vB for my Bitcoin transaction, though someone with an ordinal sized 10kB decides to put up 8 SATS/vB, will my transaction get in the next block? or will I have to wait?
Miners are incentivized to accept the highest fees.
