⁉️ The justice ordered the nationwide blocking of an account linked to commentator Rodrigo Constantino, as well as the sharing of his personal data under a daily fine of R$100,000.

➡️ According to the companies, the Brazilian court order was sent via email, which would be considered irregular under U.S. law. The petition informs the U.S. judge overseeing the case and anticipates new motions in the ongoing lawsuit, initially filed in February, in which Rumble and Truth Social had already challenged Moraes’ orders involving YouTuber Allan dos Santos.

📝 In the new filing, the platforms argue that Constantino is a U.S. citizen and that complying with the order would violate American laws. The companies also claim that Moraes’ decision is obsolete, since Constantino’s account has been inactive since December 2023 and Rumble’s services have been blocked in Brazil since February.
