CÂMARA REAGE AO ATIVISMO DO STF
Por 315 votos a 143, a Câmara dos Deputados suspendeu a ação penal contra Alexandre Ramagem, acusado pelo STF de envolvimento em uma suposta “tentativa de golpe”.
A decisão não precisa do Senado e já foi promulgada imediatamente pelo presidente da Casa, Hugo Motta.
O processo, claramente político, usava o Judiciário para perseguir um adversário do sistema. Hoje, o Parlamento impôs um limite claro: não se pode rasgar a Constituição para perseguir quem pensa diferente.
Não aceitamos tribunais inquisitoriais em pleno século 21. O STF não pode se tornar um instrumento de vingança política!
