➡️ The document includes 90 decisions on account and content removal ordered by Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes and the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

🤫 Many of the documents released by the U.S. House are classified as confidential.

💬 Several of them also bear a watermark identifying them as copies received by Twitter. The report does not provide an analysis of the decisions, aside from a brief summary at the beginning.

➡️ Apparently, this was a way to disclose Moraes' decisions without violating court orders. Twitter provided them to American congressmen, and they took responsibility for the disclosure.

Lendo agora os pedidos de censura encaminhadas pelo Supremo e TSE ao Twitter/X, na liberação de documentos feita pelo Comitê de Assuntos Judiciários da Câmara dos EUA.

O que mais chama a atenção num primeiro momento é que muitas ordens, senão a maioria, não tem fundamentação alguma, são apenas sinalizações de quais contas devem ser banidas.

Nas ordens em que há fundamentação, ela é pífia. Tudo feito sob sigilo, com pedido para que as decisões não fossem apresentados ao público.

O mais interessante foi perceber a atuação da tal "Assessoria de Enfrentamento à Desinformação", uma espécie de central de monitoramento contra qualquer crítica ao processo eleitoral, ou aos ministros.

Uma característica de quase todos os pedidos: eles são direcionados à direita, com exceção do pedido de censura ao PCO.

Há também uma censura contra o UOL, que foi revertida, aparentemente.

Por fim, fica evidente a centralidade da atuação do ministro Moraes em todos os procedimentos de censura.
