🇧🇷⚖️⚖️❗️👤❌ — BREAKING: Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), has just ordered Elon Musk to be investigated and for the 𝕏 platform not to disobey court orders; Moraes also ordered the inclusion of Elon Musk in the fake news inquiry

📝 The document issued by Moraes mentions the investigation regarding the crimes of obstruction of justice, including in criminal organization, and incitement to crime.

➡️ The Minister demanded the inclusion of Musk as a suspect in the inquiry into digital militias. Moraes argues that the inclusion would be for, in theory, "dolous criminal instrumentalization of the 𝕏 social network provider, in connection with the facts under investigation" in other inquiries in the Supreme Court, including the inquiry into digital militias, which investigates the existence of "anti-democratic actions with a profusion of false information on social networks," and its financing.

‼️ In the decision, Moraes also demanded that 𝕏 not disobey any judicial order already issued. The minister, who is the president of the TSE (Superior Electoral Court), also demanded that the platform not reactivate any profile whose blocking was determined by the STF or the TSE, under penalty of R$ 100,000 per profile per day, and legal responsibility of the company's representatives in Brazil for disobedience to the court order.

➡️ The decision requests the sending of the document for the knowledge of the PGR (Attorney General's Office) and information to the PF (Federal Police). Immediate notification of 𝕏 representatives is also required, including by electronic means.
