🇧🇷📝🇺🇸⚖️ — Brazilian congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), currently in self-exile in the United States, issued a statement expressing regret over the removal of sanctions by Donald Trump’s administration against Supreme Federal Court (STF) Justice Alexandre de Moraes, saying this outcome is the responsibility of the Brazilian people who “gave up on their own country”

"PUBLIC STATEMENT

We received with regret the news of the most recent decision announced by the American government. We are grateful for the support that President Trump has shown throughout this path and for the attention he has dedicated to the grave crisis of freedoms afflicting Brazil.

We regret that Brazilian society, when faced with the window of opportunity it had in its hands, was unable to build the political unity necessary to confront its own structural problems. The lack of internal cohesion and the insufficient support for the initiatives conducted abroad contributed to the worsening of the current situation.

We sincerely hope that President Donald Trump’s decision is successful in defending the strategic interests of the American people, as is his duty. As for us, we will continue working, firmly and resolutely, to find a path that allows for the liberation of our country, for as long as necessary and despite adverse circumstances.

May God bless America, and may He have mercy on the Brazilian people.

Eduardo Bolsonaro
Paulo Figueiredo"

🇺🇸💬🇧🇷 — Sources within the U.S. government state that, unlike Venezuela, the Brazilian population is “passive and easily trained,” with no “intention of political change,” and that “it would not be worth spending political resources to assist with any change.” Other sources also stated that “nothing was offered in return by the Brazilian government,” and that “there is only misery for those who enjoy misery.”

“The Brazilian population dissatisfied with their own country is entirely welcome on U.S. soil, should they wish to advance in life, have their own freedom, and contribute substantially to the American nation.”
