💬 The rapporteur of the measure, Congressman Carlos Zarattini (PT-SP), claimed that the breach of the agreement was influenced by the governor of São Paulo and pointed out that the presidents of the PP, Senator Ciro Nogueira (PI), and União Brasil, Antonio Rueda, also acted against the government. The PSD, led by Gilberto Kassab, likewise joined the movement opposing the tax increase proposal.
