🇺🇸🇺🇸⚖️🇧🇷👨‍⚖⚖️ — Florida's judiciary in the United States has issued a new summons to Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes in a lawsuit filed by Trump Media and the video platform Rumble.

❗️ The companies, aligned with U.S. President Donald Trump, accuse Moraes of censorship, claiming that the minister has issued content and account removal orders on social media that affect U.S. citizens and residents.

⌛ In this new summons, the American court states that Moraes has 21 days to file a response, defense, or motion to dismiss the case. This deadline will begin only after the minister is officially served. If he fails to respond, a default judgment may be issued against him.
