🇧🇷⚖️💥⚖️ — Justice Edson Fachin, the current president of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), after meeting separately this afternoon with Justices Alexandre de Moraes and Flávio Dino, decided to SUSPEND Justice André Mendonça's decision, which had removed Federal Police (PF) Director-General Andrei Rodrigues and PF Police Intelligence Director, Delegate Leandro Almada, from their positions for less than 24 hours.

➡️ With the decision and the loss of validity of Justice Mendonça's ruling, the decision issued earlier by Justice Flávio Dino, which had overturned Mendonça's decision and reinstated Andrei Rodrigues in his position, is also rendered null and void.
