🐯📞🇧🇷 — Mission discloses statement claiming to have been victim of "fraudulent affiliation attempt" of Flávio Bolsonaro to the party, and states that it is not in the party's interest to welcome the senator, citing "ideological misalignment" and suspicions of involvement in corruption schemes.

OFFICIAL NOTE — MISSION PARTY

The Missão Party goes public to inform that it was the victim of an attempted fraudulent affiliation by Flávio Bolsonaro. Our system, upon noticing the fraud, attempted to cancel the membership on the same day, an action that was rejected by the TSE.

Flávio's office was informed of this attempted affiliation since the 2nd of this month. It appears in our system that the emails sent were opened, but were not responded to.

The Mission is already taking all appropriate measures with the Federal Police and the TSE, so that those responsible for the crime and fraud are identified and exemplarily punished. A report with all logs, emails and IPs will be made available to the press and authorities.

We also emphasize that it is not in the party's interest to welcome into its ranks a parliamentarian who, in addition to ideological misalignment, is accused and suspected of being involved in corruption schemes.
The Mission Party reaffirms that it does not condone fraudulent affiliations and vehemently repudiates episodes of this nature. We make ourselves available to the competent authorities to fully investigate the facts.
