R to @saylor: Strategy has established repurchase programs for up to $1.0B of our Digital Credit securities and up to $1.0B of $MSTR. This will create flexibility to accretively buyback securities during market dislocations. Repurchases will not be funded from the USD Reserve.

Comentei algumas vezes nos últimos dias que $STRC subiria pelo menos 50bps e que faria sentido a Strategy reforçar o caixa em USD pra recompor o que foi usado no pagamento das converts.
A Strategy entregou e ainda veio mais:
1) STRC pra 12.00% (de 11.50%), com objetivo declarado de negociar entre $99 e $100;
2) USD Reserve em $2.55B, e o mínimo de 12 meses agora virou política do Board;
3) Recompra de até $1B em Digital Credit, com STRC na frente;
4) Recompra de até $1B em $MSTR, primeir...
