Agradeço a distinção, e entendo que a admiração é pelo modelo econômico, não pelo modelo político. Mas minha pergunta continua válida mesmo dentro desse recorte, porque na China, o modelo econômico que você cita, não funciona separado da estrutura partidária que o executa. Não dá pra importar o instrumento sem importar a mão que o segura.
E é exatamente aí que minha pergunta sobre mecanismos de correção se torna ainda mais relevante para o Brasil, não como crítica direta ao modelo chinês em ...

RT by @Apenasam: Professor, o ponto crítico aqui parece ser menos o banimento em si e mais o que ele sinaliza, se o ministério da agricultura não entregou a documentação exigida, há um problema sério de governança sanitária, exatamente o tipo de falha que compromete credenciais do Brasil como fornecedor confiável no longo prazo. Para um país que busca consolidar o acordo Mercosul UE, essa é uma contradição difícil de explicar, não parece?
