O que me chama atenção é que muita gente ainda interpreta essas declarações como retórica eleitoral.
Mas, historicamente, grandes potências raramente anunciam sanções financeiras dessa natureza apenas para fazer discurso.
A pergunta interessante não é o que Rubio pensa de Lula.
A pergunta é: quais comportamentos Washington está tentando desencorajar e quais alinhamentos está tentando produzir no continente?
