📉 Açúcar permanece em patamar menor do que há 20 anos.
🍚 Arroz caiu com força no dado mais recente, ficando bem abaixo do pico observado na década passada.
🥩 Carnes/açougue continuam em alta no período, puxadas principalmente pela disponibilidade de proteínas animais.
🥬 Hortifruti mantém crescimento moderado, ainda com dados recentes mais limitados.
☕ Café, macarrão e óleo de soja seguem com relativa estabilidade, com pequenas oscilações.
A leitura é clara: o consumidor brasileiro mudou sua cesta. Produtos tradicionais como arroz, feijão e açúcar perderam espaço relativo, enquanto proteínas, hortifruti e categorias de conveniência ganharam importância na estratégia do varejo alimentar.
