RT by @steipete: I tried http://clawpatch.ai on a smaller project. It worked very well. What I did like is I had Codex ( no setup necessary ) get the hang of clawpatch by just updating itself from the regular repo. Then iterate over all the findings. Going to run it on all my projects next. Thanks Peter!

Back in 2024 we sold our investment property (ball and chain).
Doing the financials, if the CGT tax was without the discount, we would have paid an additional 18% in tax, or an extra $20,000.
Inflation adjusted, we would have LOST money over 8 year hold.
It's clear. The government spends billions on schemes like NDIS and more that are littered with corruption, and the goal in 2027/2028 is starting siphoning more from the middle class.
