1️⃣Fazer tudo sem prioridade: quem tenta fazer tudo, não conclui nada. O foco é o ativo mais escasso de um empreendedor.
2️⃣Não saber o próprio valor: cobrar barato não conquista cliente, afasta o cliente certo. Preço é posicionamento.
3️⃣Entregar menos do que o mercado precisa: produto mediano não fideliza. Ou você resolve o problema do seu público, ou alguém vai resolver no seu lugar.
4️⃣Ficar se comparando com os outros: comparação consome energia que deveria ir para a execução. A sua única concorrência é quem você era ontem.
🚨A verdade é que negócio não quebra do dia para a noite, quebra por hábitos ruins repetidos ao longo do tempo.

It’s bullshit and hurts America
I’m not picking on Cloudflare here. Every company that has announced layoffs the last 6 months has used this script:
“Business is great! We’ve never been more rich! We have so much money we have no idea what to do with it! But AI man, that shit is crazy! Sorry 14% of the company has to go!”
They take 0 accountability for poor decisions made. They take 0 accountability for not being p...
