Um terço dos emissores não acessa mercado de capitais há anos. Sem histórico recente, sem comprador óbvio.
E a maioria é software. Exatamente o setor sob pressão direta de IA.
Crédito privado não tem marcação diária. O stress demora para aparecer. Quando aparece, já está avançado.
Wall Street já está lançando CDS de crédito privado. Quando o hedge chega antes do problema ser público, o problema já é conhecido por quem importa.
E o mais louco é que a maioria do mercado ainda não está prestando atenção numa das maiores rachaduras do sistema financeiro atual.

- 2028 é ano halving 3.125 para 1.5625.
- 2028: Ano de recuperação pos bear 2026 (Ano de #StackHard)
- 2027 é ano de acumulação (#DCA)
