3. Where are we now We are at the 'student hunt' phase - welcoming new faces, figuring out 'who is who' as well as defining everyone's strong points. This way we can align the tasks properly, so everyone is focused what they excel at. Everyone has their say in shaping the project. It's early, but it already feels like something real. Step by step, we are turning ideas into structure and direction.
